donofm lets you send a voluntary tip to the creator (birdiefm). By using the site to send a tip, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Tips are voluntary gifts of support, not payments for goods or services. Because of this, all tips are final and non-refundable once submitted, except where a refund is required by law. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us at the email below and we'll do our best to help.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. donofm never sees or stores your full card details — that information goes directly to Stripe. You are responsible for making sure you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Don't use donofm for anything unlawful, and don't submit messages that are abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that violate anyone's rights. We may remove content, refuse a tip, or block access at our discretion to keep the service and the stream safe.
donofm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of donofm after an update means you accept the revised terms.
